rehearsal until after the new year on January 5th, 2011. That means
there is no rehearsal scheduled for December 15th, December 22nd or
December 29th. We hope that everyone has a joyous holiday and we
look forward to seeing you in the new year.
December 1st Dress Rehearsal at Scottish Home

Band members should arrive at 6:30 with a music stand and festive clothes if at all possible. Details on the location of the Scottish Home can be found below.

Youtube Symphony Auditions Are Now Open
Written by admin on October 16th, 2010Youtube is hosting its second annual Youtube Symphony and auditions are now open. Last year Youtube held an open audition process where in musicians from around the world could download free sheet music for their instrument and submit an audition video via Youtube. The resulting symphony performed at Carnegie Hall.
This year the symphony will be performing at the Sydney Opera House. Auditions are open to all walks of life and have music for both solo compositions as well as section auditions. If you are looking for a fun exercise, go and check it out.
2010/2011 Rehearsal Schedule Now Available

Spring Concert Date Announced

Due to schedule conflicts that band was unable to perform at its standard location in Western Springs for the spring concert.
